Rectangle Concrete Bucket Advantages
Conical. It’s the shape of just about every concrete bucket you’ve ever seen. Now don’t get me wrong, some are more trapezoidal when they are square buckets. But they all consolidate materials into a 1’x 1’ or 1’ diameter outlet in principle. This isn’t the efficient way to concrete in a number of cases. Sometimes we want to go wide. Slabs, elevated decks, foundations. There’s no reason to go narrow only to need time and labor to push it around. What if we supplied the wide options? We do.
1093 - 4000 Liter or 5.2 yard Concrete Bucket.
When I was last at the factory there were two five yard concrete buckets in fabrication. They aren’t uncommon for us. This 1093 is a low at 62 inches. Many concrete trucks could tailgate this without ramps. it’s wide, so you could have two trucks doing the tailgating too. With the speed of the fill, the speed and volume of the emptying, you could literally empty out a truck every ten minutes with one of these. Those large footings become easy without the expense of a pump truck.
The wide gates on these allow for materials like soils, sand, and rock to flow nicely. If you option this with a remote gate and vibrator built in, it will free the materials and ensure a good flow every time. Those hours lost to 5/8 rock getting stuck could be over with our 1093 Concrete Buckets.
We do these in all sorts of sizes. From .20 Yards to 5.2 yards. Many of them are low loading with this large gate. The gates can be controlled by geared wheels, levers, or by electricity and a remote. Sometimes you’ll hear this sort of bucket called a Rock Hopper. But we don’t have rock hopper prices. Even at 5 yards, it’s 10,000 plus shipping when our competitors would look to charge $26,000 for a comparable bucket. I mean, 26,000, you can buy something as complex as a car for that.
If it’s time to set aside the round bucket and save on the placing boom, we have the bucket to get the job done if you have the crane. When it’s not used for slabs or deck pours, you can use it for materials delivery. The wide openings make loading them with a wider bucket quite easy too.
CraneGear and Eichinger bring the solutions the markets need. If you are looking for a solution you don’t see, don’t hesitate to reach out. Sometimes I still reach out to the factory and find myself in shock that they have something I need to help someone out and the drawing is done.
