Modern manufacturing should be eliminating these problems. And this is true for the processes at Eichinger. You’ll find that structural elements are cut by CNC machines. Tubes run through a laser that rotates the cuts with speed and precision we couldn’t dream of performing as humans. Also with results we couldn’t dream of. We use indexing with tabs so ensure exact angles. Robots weld where they can on all of the gear. The results are picture perfect. When the process is repeatable and human error is removed, we venture towards perfection in the metal working world.
